He knows Bali very well, is up to date with what is going on regarding travel arrangements and what is going on "on the ground" in Bali. He is pleasant, very helpful, and I have used his services for my last two trips, and he is currently completing arrangements for my next visit in June. He has always delivered the goods for me.
