Sri Ratu bungalows have limited cooking facilities (one burner, kettle, plates etc)
Bali Ayu superior villas listed as having them.
T ropical K ubu house has no pool but can use the one at hotel nearby?

Bali Guarida house...pool pass system
Villa Lalu
Lots of villas in Seminyak have cooking facilities but price much higher than 2 star.
I just did a quick google "cooking facilities legian" and a few came up.
