I'm arriving with my family in Bali next week for a two week trip. There are four of us me, my wife and two kids aged 7 and 9. The plan was to stay somewhere quite upscale initially maybe Jimbaran or Sanur. We stayed at the Bali Hyatt last time we visited and that was fine but I feel we might get better value for money if we could get a small villa or a family room in a smaller hotel rather than paying for two rooms. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We were then planning to head north probably Lovina. Same issue again - if anyone could recommend a good quality place to stay - quiet, a/c, close to or on beach.
We were then going to go down to Ubud where we plan to go back to Klub Kokos which was terrific last time and then back to the south to be near to the airport for our departure (using same hotel as we started off in if it meets expectations).
