Unless you're are travelling on the cheap, don't bother with buses. Just get a driver and it will cost about 200,000 one way. General rule of thumb is 300,000rp for a full day no matter where you travel. You can get a driver much cheaper if you are in the know (150,000rp???), but it seems this is more of an exception than a rule.
