I read an article about the actual raspberry and its usefulness to ward of stomach bugs and how it was used by an army . Mine is a syrup Maraska - made in Croatia - its imported by Marco Polo Foods Campsie NSW - I rang them to get the closest distributor. It is 65% raspberry juice and the lable says per 100 mls = 16.5 g sugar. It is a 1 litre bottle. I took acidopholous tablets for a week before I left and one everyday when in Bali and I drank about 50mls syrup + 50mls water. Had no problems at all but quite a few in the group of 10 did.
