I have only been visiting this forum the last few months (wish I knew about last year before the trip) and I can honestly tell you that being a person who is not up with all the computer jargon and acrinoms can be very confusing. So you ask the question on the BTF and hope that there are some people out there who will give you the answers. People who write back with comments that belittle a person is rude and hurtful.
