we have stayed at the Bali Hai twice now. last time was six years ago. our kids were 9 & 6. My kids could not wait to get to the kids club. I am a very overprotective mother, but felt very safe leaving them there and going off shopping in Kuta. The kids had a ball.
In fact it made our holiday as we were able to have alone time knowing the kids were safe, and the kids were having a great time as well.
