I wouldn't say any market in Sanur or Kuta/Legian was as BAD as Kintamani. Thats a bit of an exaggeration. From my experience the starting prices are much higher in Kuta/Legian & harder bartering. In Sindhu Beach Markets there are a number of shops with really good prices. KENI'S SHOP No25 is a couple of shops further up from TOOTIES, on the same side of the market. It is a HASSLE FREE ZONE. You can browse to your hearts content.
