We went to JB the last time we were in Bali in September last year because I had heard so much about it on the BF. We both thought the food was good but it was a bit over priced and had seen better prices for Lobster (my main reason for going) in Legian. I am not sure if this is because our drive took us to a 'dearer" restaurant, we did not pick it ourselves.
Anyway, we came home stinking of smoke because every restaurant cooks using very smokey bbqs. It was an experience and now that we have been there we will not go back again. The dinner for my husband, my son and myself (one snapper, one 2kg lobster and some rice and salad) was around $180 including a couple of beers each. Too much to end up smelling like we had sat through a bush fire.
