I have eaten at his restaurant and the food was great. I know he also does catering as he was helping me with a function. His service was completely reliable and he delivered exactly what we wanted. He is also easy to get along with and has some great ideas for menus. By contacting him direct rather than going through a third party you will also be able to save some money.
