getting married in bali on 12 August

My partner & I are planning to marry in Bali on 12 August 05.
Can you help us out with a good hotel / villa to get married in & whether or not to use a wedding planner coordinator or just go direct to the hotels & arrange the paper work yourself....
There are so many options & beautiful places to marry.
For us, we just want it simple & by the beach.
