I sent her an email based on recommendations in the forums. I was after The Bounty specifically in Kuta and a range of hotels in Ubud.
She wasn't able to give me any prices on the Bounty and gave me prices for other hotels in Kuta. The prices she gave me for Kuta and Ubud were, in general, a fair bit more than those available through booking direct with the hotels, or through other online booking options.
