I think that's what you are referring to. Haven't been there for some years, but remember how incredibly beautiful, awesome and peaceful it was. You need to walk down around 360 odd steps (I remember carrying a 9 year old up them - boy!). There are sellers in shops on the upper level, but you get past them ok.
Well worth the trip to this place.
