I looked at booking it from Sydney over the internet but they wanted our credit card number and full payment so I didn't do this. When we arrived we had the hotel ring Bumbu Bali and find out when a class was being held. The hotel booked us in and then we paid at the end of the class by credit card. I am sure the price was the same. The class is held at the cooking school which is where the Bumbu Bali villas are so it is in nice peaceful surroundings. We would have done Janet De Neefes class but we were in Ubud over a weekend when there are no classes.
