there is a store opposite melasti street markets called top ten and i was advised before we went in feb that they had the best quality and the more you buy of course the cheaper they are, they had a great special rack for 150,000 rupia i bought heaps there for my 19 year old and they have been great. also bought some from a store in legian street and the case has fallen to bits........they are every where in the stalls and on the streets but i would try top ten. have a great time
