we stayed in melbourne for Formula 1 before 7 days in bali and seems the charges were for 400 bucks 3 times from the day we departed Bali, they probably tried more times but we have naturally cancelled card since! was definately from staying on kuta beach at a US style hotel thats into rock...
Payments have now been tracked to cartain country.
Keep you posted, but i do agree i will only ever leave cash deposit for rooms from now on.
