Hi Tayah. My Husband is a paraplegic and we are staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in April. We have not had a lot of luck in getting a wheel in shower - they dont seem to know what you are talking about. And their disabled rooms are not like the ones down here. I would like to share any info I have with you.
