Back then it had just had it's new pool put in & they were doing up the deluxe rooms.
Loved the pool area, was a good hotel & location for my kids at the time.
The superior rooms then were large but basic & bathrooms were in need of a bit of TLC(and yes there were urine stained toilets then too)
I preferred the superior rooms to the cottages (which are villas now)
Liked the gardens & the ambience of the hotel.
Also liked walking along the beach & hanging out at the Pantai Restaurant & SA Cafe....got tired of cabbing/walking to Legian Kuta though.
Location now does not suit us.
