I haven't seen them before , they come in many sizes some arrangements up to 2 metres high. The flowers are usually lotus but they did have one or two other varieties, most seem painted very colorfully, we did see one 2 metre high arrangement with I think five stems all with flowers on which was unpainted and looked amazing. The shop was on the road up towards Kintamani from Ubud, there are many places on the way with shops so you just have to spend the time stopping and looking.
