For many years Herself and friends have gone to Yoyan at ENI Tailors near the roundabout end of Jl Wana Segara (the Balihai Resort street) on the side nearest the airport. Only 4 or 5 shops from the end, about opposite a Kodak/mini deli type shop. He always seems to have the fabrics that they want and will do any design they have pictures of or can draw. They always seem happy with the fit and finish and that's saying something for a pair of ex-sewing teachers.
