an English lady on my last trip in January. From memory, the rates over Christmas (peak season) were about US$250 a night. I think they are only a couple of years old. There are five villas in total, the owners live in one. The Malaysian Royal Family stayed in 3 villas over Christmas. Why not email them and ask rates. They do look lovely on website
