I took over a jar of vegemite and peanut butter - vegemite is pretty much everywhere though, peanut butter was a little harder to find in restaurants. Snacks and things are available everywhere. There is also a place in Legian called Tommy's, which has weetbix and a lot of the good old Aussie things you miss from home. My little one ended up eating... rice, bacon, lots of fruit, snacks, tortilla wraps with vegemite or peanut butter, popcorn, ice creams, milkshakes, pancakes.... - she was absolutely fine over there.
As for the clothes, I tend to agree with Tessa... whilst you are in the Bali mood and swing of things, it's great. But when you get back here things are harder to wear and feel and look good. Surf shops are pretty much the same price as home these days. Take over the clothes you want, and will probably end up with some. For the kids, though, there is heaps and heaps of great clothes to buy!!!!!!
Have a great time... We have 90 days to go!
