Got news for you all,been here only a week & at least another week to go & all the Perth cousins already wanting to know when we are coming back again.SO I don't think this will be the last Perth has seen of us.If Kermy ever gets to Perth it will be worse than me,at least you can have a break from me cause I got so much family here.
This is crazy,I haven't been here for over 30 years,haven't seen some cousins for between 10 > 20 years BUT I feel so at home here.
BTW - the footy fans may be interested to know the WA family were giving me a hard time re footy.We were all taking the mickey out of each other re SA & WA teams - as we were walking out of Burswood tonight 2 of us were seeing who could who could out sing each other re their team song the loudest <LOL> I really had some tough competition re voices - this lot IS family after all.
Caz & DennisC you would have been proud of me ! I think The Port Power song may have been heard over the sound of the Freo Dockers as we were leaving Burswood casino. Possibility that the cousins may decide that they are NOT too embarrassed to take me, that it may happen IF I shut up about Port Power long enough & they can get tickets to the game.What's the bet after the first 1/4 that they all decide to sit the other end of the oval & they disown me ? BTW - Caz the game on Saturday IS at Subbie oval,do you think they may already know I am in town ? GO the Power !
