Definatally the "Quad Tour". You take four wheelers down through the mountains, through a rural town, and down a river gorge. That was alot of fun and you get to see some of Bali that is way off the beaten path.
Just be carefull of the currents on the beaches. I know I probably sound like a broken record on here, but no one warned my wife and I.
