VOA is US$25 per person. It's been posted in the forum that you can pay with Aussie dollars or rupiah or even a credit card if you like.
Departure tax is Rp100,000 per person. I usually slip a Rp100,000 note into my passport early on in the trip and then it's one thing I dont have to worry about again before I leave.
