We travelled to Bali last September with a 4yr old & 2yr old. Our friends also came with us and they had a 10 month old. They requested the cot when booking their tickets and I am pretty sure they phoned the airline about 1 week prior to travelling to ensure they would be given the cot. I believe they were asked if the child was under a certain weight (he was just over) but they said he was under it. They did get the cot when bording and he fitted no problem. They gave him some panadol just prior to bording as did we to our children. They made sure they took plenty of toys for him and food/bottles although the plane provided a great selection of baby food. When we arrived in Bali we were taken straight to the front of the queue as we had children. Hope this helps.
