My wife and I are trying to make some decissions on accommodation in both Seminyak and Ubud and require advice from anyone who has seen or stayed recently at the hotels on our list. We are not worried about proximity to bars. We like to use the facilities that are on offer in the hotels. We also like to venture out to good restaurants.
The choice in Seminyak is between the Sofitel and Niksoma (two completely different hotels, each with their appeal)and in Ubud between the Maya and the Alila.
We have considered room types, location and restaurants and still cannot split them up.
We have our air tickets reserved and need to make our dicision so as to finalise reservations immediately after Easter.
