It's all individual - just depends on what you want.
Yes it is just a few thousand Rp's, yet I have also known of some less than honest 'drivers' saying they would look after it, charging the customer double what it actually is. Our point / suggestion was to use a reputable company be it for tours or just transfers - that's all. So many rip-offs around.
