is the Bypass that goes from Iman Bonjol to Jln Setiabudi.
Jln Patih Jelantik (where Kuta Gallery is)ends at Sunset Rd after you cross Iman Bonjol (where the petrol station is)
Listed on the map below in solid red line to the right of the main Kuta area (Proposed road in broken red heading north?)
The paved road starting outside the Legian Beach Hotel and between the beach (and heading north along that strip) is known as Sunset Beach Rd ...I think.
