Hi there, Qantas does not fly to Bali from Perth anymore - it is Australian Airlines (fully owned by qantas). You can redeem/use your Qantas frequent flyer points for Aust Airlines flights, but you do not receive new points for the flights on AA. All bookings for AA is done through the normal qantas system.
