The ground floor suited us better we didnt want to carry things up the stairs , as far as privacy you maybe better on the 2nd or 3 rd levels as there is a walkway out the front of the rooms, which didnt carry much traffic whilst we were there, I would assume the rooms would be the same.
AS far as using the hotel facilities such as spa, laundry and internet etc it is far cheaper to go outside.
I can give you the name of laundry outside of hotel who will pick up and deliver to the hotel and is much much cheaper and they do a great job. let me know if you want this number.
Money changer does not give as good rate as outside but the Kodak money change in Melasti street is just a 5 minute walk.
