The numbers vary all over the place. We are involved with 8 schools about an hours drive north of Denpasar. The numbers vary from 58 in one school through to 230 in another. All of these only run one session of school per day, but I believe some run two sessions because of the student numbers.
Teacher numbers in our schools run from 8 to 12 depending on numbers.
I am only commenting on the Elementary Schools as I don't have good knowledge of the High Schools.
