Would not dream of going to Asia without insurance. For our coming trip we're using Online Travel Insurance (as originally recommended by Tuberose). The premium for 21 days for 2 people is $148.00. No excess. It's worth the peace of mind. Fancy falling over a gutter in Kuta and breaking a leg. Without insurance! That's scary.
