I don't know which Qantas sector you flew but I have just flown 4 times with Qantas and give me them every time. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is always edible and the staff are always happy to help. I flew business class Garuda to Bali in November and had nothing but problems, champagne ran out, TV didn't work, crew unhelpful etc. and that was Perth to Denpasar, the flight back was not much better.
