a bit tired. staff really good. we weren't happy with our room and were moved with no problems. good location. bit noisy on kartika plz. esp. at night. mostly older guests. some young ones and some kids. excellent pool. food services closed too early but restaurant next door. also many other great places to eat. all in all not too bad. nice gardens. lift didn't work. right on the beach. hope this helps.
