I have just read on another forum that the rules for the Netherlands are changing, so that you will be able to get in with a VOA for 60 days! No one knows yet when this will start.
I would leave getting your visa for as long as possible, because it will save you alot of money to use the new rules instead. Best to get information from the Indonesian embassy in the Netherlands. Your travel agent may not know about changing rules quickly enough.
