Me and my wife have dove with eco-divers and stayed at Tasik Ria Hotel. From Bali we used Garuda air line to Ujung Padang about 1:30 and transfer to manado about 1:20 then from airport to the hotel almost 1:00 hour.
Don't miss POPO, Lekuan 2 in Bunaken island, and Lembeh Strait for macro-critters are really fantastis dive sites here, then you may go to Bangka about 1:30 by boat for ovehang soft coral.
