to consider is the Putri Ayu cottages which are not on the main road but are a short walk to the Monkey Forest, It only has 8 rooms and you could get two side by side on the ground floor . It is in your price range and is a lovely place to stay with a nice pool. I used the baliforfamilies site to make contact with the hotel and it worked fine - hilly answered a few questions for us .... good luck
