Depends on the individual shop within the centre.
Markets will generally be cheaper but then again the quality/type of goods also varies.
The shoe shop we looked at I didn't think was all that cheap but people there at the time were exclaiming how cheap it was.
Centro is like an upmarket version of Matahari.
The lingerie shop has some nice gear in it with some items quite inexpensive & others not.
My advice --- go have a look anyway & see what you think.
