I have stay at the Tjampuhan 3 times and walked past the Taman Harum..... if you are traveling with a 2 year old I WOULD RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT CHOICE......
Both are quite a walk from Ubud central and a 2 year old in tow would be difficult. Also the walk is hilly. Tjamphuhan is also very hilly with stairs (not good for too old or too youngies) Yes the pool/s are nice - but I find that the climate in Ubud is cooler and pools become less important up there than say in Kuta. Dont get me wrong - I love the hotel - I just know from first hand experience how much of a pain it is to be too far out from Ubud central and travelling with kids!
Can I recommend you pick a hotel on monkey forrest road... like the Ubud Village or several other neighbouring it. Its flat, surrounded by good places to eat and in the middle of it all.
