unlocking mobile phone

We've just bought a Alcatel one touch 332 phone which is locked with provider. We would like to be able to use this phone in Bali using a sim card from Bali(we go in 2 weeks). Does anyone know the code for unlocking or is there someone in Bali that could do this for us? Thank you.
