Hi There. We stayed in a Family Suite last September at Kartika Plaza. It is just opposite Waterbom park and they have built a really big mall next door. It was a top notch hotel and the facilities and rooms were excellent. The staff were really friendly and they had a good kids club although our son is 15 so we didn't need to use it. The swimming pool is excellent and there is a swim up bar with a happy hour from 5.30 to 7.30 each afternoon. There were several restaurants and different theme dinners each night. It is on the higher end of the price scale. We stayed there last year in the family suite for a week and it was $3500 ex Adelaide for myself, hubby and son. We are going again in Sept and this time we are staying in two rooms at the Kuta Paradiso just down the road a bit, (closer to the Art Market). It is also a 4 star but it will be a bit cheaper. We are going for 14 days this time and wanted to spend the savings on other things.
