OK btw you have been sussed recon you're a bit of a wag most of your posts are done in a very negative way so that you intend to get as many people following up as possible, you see a lot of Aus believe in Raspberry juice in its various forms so you start a debate on that so you can debunk it.
Now this latest is a real piece of work I bet you were laughing so much as you were putting it to paper knowing that would get them going.
40% maybe 5% yes of course there is lots of bacteria and viruses in Asia that's why Balinese cooking usually means all meats are well over cooked as are the eggs they eat they know about making food safe to eat its western people that ask for under cooked food.
The local people mostly eat with their fingers that are washed in the water that is provided on the table in the Warung's the same water that would be used to was plate's spoons knives & folks, I am happy to eat in Warung's with my fingers and I don't walk around with nappy sterilising fluid in my shorts pocket.
Although I always use bottled water for drinking cold drinks other than Bintang, I use tap water for Tea Coffee, cleaning teeth, showering.
I eat many kinds of fruit every day and enjoy a lovely Bali style salad every now and then, I buy and use lots of ice from the ice factors its very cheap about RP6000 a metre this I break up and put in freezer to be used daily in my drinks as do the rest of my household.
If you eat the local Babi-Gooling it is always so well cooked as Balinese expect crackling to be the highlight of the roast pork, the liver is so well cooked its like a piece of cardboard.
Buffets are a very bad idea unless they are kept covered and watched very carefully by good staff.
And yes Bali / Indonesian style toilets are very difficult for most western people to use but lets face it most of us won't be using them very often anyway, most places have western style toilets with the supplied toilet paper and we can put small packet of tissues in pocket for when there is not.
I hope you noticed I made the effort to match your posting got an idea you are sociology student or similar either that or you are just curious to see what happens when you stir the pot LOL.
