There is a code you put in the phone. It unlocks it. I searched the net once to unlock a certaim model Nokia phone. Have a try. The Tec heads here in Perth can do it anythime for a small fee. Just checked with search Nokia, 3310, code, unlock and up cam a heap of pages and codes. This may start something now.
