There is the Tragia which has some clothes and a supermarket up on the main road and there is markets outside the gates into Nusa Dua. Other than that you can get a cab to Tanjung Benoa as there are some shops and restaurants along this main road. Good DVD shop across from the Grand Mirage. You can get a cab into Kuta plenty of shopping there and DVD shops.
