My booking is with flight centre who are using their own wholesaler Infinity. Viva holidays also say 6 nights for upgrade, Garuda (Bali on any budget) also say 6 nights. The only wholesaler I know of that says 10 nights is Tour East. If your travel agent is the one saying 10 nights, get a few brochures, check them out or find another agent. Insist on the upgrade and make sure when you get your itinerary that it says gauranteed upgrade. You shouldn't have any problems. Cheers, Heather
