Have just read your post during the week and would like to recommend that you also consider immunising your child against TB. Unfortunately it is still a big problem in Indonesia, inc. Bali. As we lived there my children were immunised at 2 months of age. I do know of a child contracting TB whilst on vacation. It does become a little weepy, so I'd recommed it ASAP so that it has time to dry up before you go. My kids were fine and it healed really quickly. Have a great trip.
