It looks as if you have got most of the bases covered, especially for your first visit. You are going to be quite busy and appear to have little time left for relaxing.
The only suggestion I have for you, is to consider some cultural aspects of Bali and its people. As you have been checking out this site for some time you will have read a number of reports, therefore I make no suggestions.
