Welcome to the forum! To answer your question, the going rate for a driver is between 200,000 - 350,000 per day. I know there seems like a big difference between the two figures, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. Regardless of where you go to they usually 99% of the time just charge you a daily rate.
The driver I use charges 300,000rp per day and I and others on here can highly reccomend him - Made' Mangku. His website address is www.geocities.com/balidriver_mademangku but my suggestion is go with whomever you feel most comfortable conversing with via email or phone.
