the going rate for the day for driver is around 200,000 which equates to $27, they usually start of asking more so be prepared to negotiate.
the driver we had picked us up at Legian 9am returned home at 7pm went everywhere we left it up to him, he even waited at Ubud for 5 hours while we had spa etc.....
